Olive Rose Vineyard and Farm Kitchen (in Nasugbu, Batangas) is a micro-vineyard committed to the
cultivation and vinification of WINE grapes and to the promotion of Philippines’ first WINE region. As a vineyard, café and restaurant, Olive Rose is integral to the business and advocacy of Philippine Wine Consorzio (PWC) and its Project Wine Hamlet PH as it provides vineyard investors, farmers, viticulture students and wine enthusiasts a vineyard model and learning site.

About us
Located along Tagaytay-Nasugbu National Highway, its charming, unfussy restaurant is about lovingly
cooked meals done in high-definition farmhouse cooking. The ever-changing menu offers wine country
cuisine inspired by the wine region explorations of its internationally-renowned Executive Chef and
Sommelier Arlene Oliveros. It also draws inspiration from the verdant farms and fields of Nasugbu, the
complex mountain ranges of Talamitam and Batulao and the abundant rivers and sea of Batangas
province. Fresh, local, seasonal and focused on direct relationships with farmers, local purveyors and
coastal fisherfolks, Olive Rose’s menu is terroir-inspired (one that evokes a “taste of place”). Executive
Chef Arlene Oliveros’ culinary philosophy is aimed at creating deeply connected food and beverage
experiences that shall linger.
Within the vineyard property is Twin Peaks Café by Olive Rose. At Twin Peaks, coffee enthusiasts can
access some of the world’s rarest coffee beans professionally curated and expertly brewed. The café
also features fresh breads, artisanal baked treats and pastries using Batangas local ingredients (ie.
Batangas’ calumpit fruit, Nasugbu mangoes and dragonfruit, local pastry jacobina, Batangas tablea,
Nasugbu tubo, etc.). Olive Rose is the home of the original Buko Salad Pie.
