and reconnections. The Farmhouse Table dining experience is not only about cuisine. It is about stories,
memories and connections. Every gathering around the table is meant to be a celebration of food, family

About us

The menu is fresh, seasonal and “terroir-inspired” – utilizing products that evoke a “taste of place” with
precision. Inspired by the food and beverage culture of some of the world’s most historic wine regions,
Olive Rose- The Farmhouse Table menu is professionally curated by internationally renowned Chef and
Sommelier Arlene Oliveros to include dishes with timeless warmth and those that evoke the emotions of
a wine country. To her, wine country cuisine celebrates not only the ingredients but also celebrates the
moments. Pioneering the creation of Philippines’ first wine regions, Executive Chef & Sommelier Arlene
Oliveros introduces wine country cuisine to the mainstream via Olive Rose at Ayala Mall Manila Bay.
